After checking with the UU sysops, a small outstanding issue has been fixed and our mailing lists are back and working again.

Based on https://centrefordigitalhumanities.github.io/services-recovery-status/ we assume the lists will be back in the course of the week of 18 May. We have no further details or estimations.
